Ingredients
- 300 g Basmati rice
- 200 g Mixed vegetables
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mehak Cumin
- 1-inch Mehak Cinnamon
- 3 Mehak Cloves
- 1 Mehak Bay Leaf
- ½ tsp Mehak Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
- 450 ml Water
How to Cook
- Rinse and soak rice 15 min
- Heat oil; add Mehak whole spices
- Add vegetables and Turmeric; stir 2 min
- Add rice, salt, and water
- Cook covered till rice is fluffy
