Ingredients

  • 300 g Basmati rice
  • 200 g Mixed vegetables
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mehak Cumin
  • 1-inch Mehak Cinnamon
  • 3 Mehak Cloves
  • 1 Mehak Bay Leaf
  • ½ tsp Mehak Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 450 ml Water

How to Cook

  1. Rinse and soak rice 15 min
  2. Heat oil; add Mehak whole spices
  3. Add vegetables and Turmeric; stir 2 min
  4. Add rice, salt, and water
  5. Cook covered till rice is fluffy
