Ingredients
- 800 g Chicken
- 200 g Yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tsp Mehak Chicken Masala
- 1 tsp Mehak Kashmiri Mirch Powder
- ½ tsp Mehak Cumin Powder
- ½ tsp Mehak Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Mehak Dried Fenugreek Leaves
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Oil
How to Cook
- Make cuts on chicken
- Mix all marinade ingredients, coat chicken, rest 2 hrs
- Roast at 200°C for 30 min till charred
- Brush with butter and lime juice
