Ingredients

  • 800 g Chicken
  • 200 g Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tsp Mehak Chicken Masala
  • 1 tsp Mehak Kashmiri Mirch Powder
  • ½ tsp Mehak Cumin Powder
  • ½ tsp Mehak Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Mehak Dried Fenugreek Leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil

How to Cook

  1. Make cuts on chicken
  2. Mix all marinade ingredients, coat chicken, rest 2 hrs
  3. Roast at 200°C for 30 min till charred
  4. Brush with butter and lime juice
