Ingredients

  • 200 g Moong dal
  • 100 g Toor dal
  • 700 ml Water
  • Salt
  • ½ tsp Mehak Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Mehak Cumin Seeds
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • ½ tsp Mehak Red Chilli Powder
  • Coriander and lemon to serve

How to Cook

  1. Boil dal with salt and Mehak Turmeric Powder till soft
  2. Heat ghee
  3. Add Mehak Cumin Seeds, garlic, onion, tomato and Mehak Red Chilli Powder
  4. Pour over dal, simmer 3 min
  5. Garnish and serve.
