Ingredients
- 200 g Moong dal
- 100 g Toor dal
- 700 ml Water
- Salt
- ½ tsp Mehak Turmeric Powder
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Mehak Cumin Seeds
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- ½ tsp Mehak Red Chilli Powder
- Coriander and lemon to serve
How to Cook
- Boil dal with salt and Mehak Turmeric Powder till soft
- Heat ghee
- Add Mehak Cumin Seeds, garlic, onion, tomato and Mehak Red Chilli Powder
- Pour over dal, simmer 3 min
- Garnish and serve.
