Ingredients

  • 400 g Paneer
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Cashew paste
  • 80 ml Cream
  • 2 tsp Mehak Shahi Paneer Masala
  • ¼ tsp Mehak Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Mehak Large Cardamom
  • 1-inch Mehak Cinnamon
  • Salt to taste

How to Cook

  1. Heat ghee; add Mehak Cinnamon and Cardamom, then onions
  2. Sauté golden
  3. Add tomato purée and cashew paste; cook 8 min
  4. Add Mehak spices and salt
  5. Add paneer and cream, simmer 5 min
