Ingredients
- 700 g Mutton
- 150 g Yoghurt
- 2 large Onion
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tsp Mehak Meat Masala
- 1 tsp Mehak Kashmiri Mirch Powder
- 1-inch Mehak Cinnamon
- 3 Mehak Cloves
- 1 Mehak Large Cardamom
- Salt to taste
- 400 ml Water
How to Cook
- Heat oil; add whole Mehak spices, then onions
- Sauté till brown
- Add ginger-garlic paste, then mutton and yoghurt
- Add Mehak Meat Masala and Kashmiri Mirch Powder
- Cook covered 45 min till tender, adding water as needed
- Simmer till gravy thick and red
