Ingredients

  • 700 g Mutton
  • 150 g Yoghurt
  • 2 large Onion
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tsp Mehak Meat Masala
  • 1 tsp Mehak Kashmiri Mirch Powder
  • 1-inch Mehak Cinnamon
  • 3 Mehak Cloves
  • 1 Mehak Large Cardamom
  • Salt to taste
  • 400 ml Water

How to Cook

  1. Heat oil; add whole Mehak spices, then onions
  2. Sauté till brown
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste, then mutton and yoghurt
  4. Add Mehak Meat Masala and Kashmiri Mirch Powder
  5. Cook covered 45 min till tender, adding water as needed
  6. Simmer till gravy thick and red
