Ingredients

  • 250 g Red kidney beans
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 Onions
  • T3 omatoes
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Mehak Cumin Powder
  • ½ tsp Mehak Ginger Powder
  • 1 tsp Mehak Garam Masala
  • ½ tsp Mehak Turmeric Powder
  • Salt
  • 400 ml Water

How to Cook

  1. Soak rajma overnight
  2. Cook till soft
  3. Sauté onions
  4. Add tomatoes and ginger-garlic paste
  5. Add Mehak spices
  6. Cook 5 min
  7. Add beans and water
  8. Simmer 20 min
