Ingredients
- 250 g Red kidney beans
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 Onions
- T3 omatoes
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp Mehak Cumin Powder
- ½ tsp Mehak Ginger Powder
- 1 tsp Mehak Garam Masala
- ½ tsp Mehak Turmeric Powder
- Salt
- 400 ml Water
How to Cook
- Soak rajma overnight
- Cook till soft
- Sauté onions
- Add tomatoes and ginger-garlic paste
- Add Mehak spices
- Cook 5 min
- Add beans and water
- Simmer 20 min
