Ingredients
- 400 g Paneer (cubed)
- 150 g Yoghurt
- 1 tsp Mehak Kashmiri Mirch Powder
- 1 tsp Mehak Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Mehak Garam Masala
- ½ tsp Mehak Chaat Masala
- 2 Onions (chopped)
- 3 Tomatoes (puréed)
- 100 ml Fresh cream
How to Cook
- Marinate paneer in yoghurt and Mehak spices 30 min
- Grill till charred
- Sauté onions
- Add tomato purée
- Cook till thick
- Add grilled paneer
- Adjust consistency
- Finish with cream
