Chargrilled paneer cubes simmered in a spiced tomato cream base using Mehak Chaat Masala, Mehak Coriander Powder and Mehak Garam Masala. A vegetarian favourite for every Indian kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 400 g Paneer (cubed)
  • 150 g Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Mehak Kashmiri Mirch Powder
  • 1 tsp Mehak Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Mehak Garam Masala
  • ½ tsp Mehak Chaat Masala
  • 2 Onions (chopped)
  • 3 Tomatoes (puréed)
  • 100 ml Fresh cream

How to Cook

  1. Marinate paneer in yoghurt and Mehak spices 30 min
  2. Grill till charred
  3. Sauté onions
  4. Add tomato purée
  5. Cook till thick
  6. Add grilled paneer
  7. Adjust consistency
  8. Finish with cream
