Ingredients
- 700 g Mutton
- 2 Onion
- 150 g Yoghurt
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 2 tsp Mehak Meat Masala
- ½ tsp Mehak Cumin Powder
- 3 Mehak Cloves
- 1-inch Mehak Cinnamon
- 1 Mehak Large Cardamom
- Salt
- 400 ml Water
How to Cook
- Heat oil
- Add Mehak whole spices, then mutton
- Fry till brown
- Add yoghurt, Mehak spices, and salt
- Add water
- Cook 45 min till soft
- Add fried onions
- Simmer till thick
