Ingredients

  • 700 g Mutton
  • 2 Onion
  • 150 g Yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tsp Mehak Meat Masala
  • ½ tsp Mehak Cumin Powder
  • 3 Mehak Cloves
  • 1-inch Mehak Cinnamon
  • 1 Mehak Large Cardamom
  • Salt
  • 400 ml Water

How to Cook

  1. Heat oil
  2. Add Mehak whole spices, then mutton
  3. Fry till brown
  4. Add yoghurt, Mehak spices, and salt
  5. Add water
  6. Cook 45 min till soft
  7. Add fried onions
  8. Simmer till thick
