Ingredients

  • 300 g Basmati rice
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Mehak Cumin
  • 1 Mehak Bay Leaf
  • 450 ml Water
  • Salt

How to Cook

  1. Wash rice & soak 15 min
  2. Heat ghee
  3. add Mehak Cumin and Bay Leaf
  4. Add rice, salt, water
  5. cook till fluffy
