Ingredients

  • 600 g Fish
  • 300 ml Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • ½ tsp Mehak Mustard Seeds
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp Mehak Curry Powder
  • ½ tsp Mehak Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tspMehak Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ tsp Mehak Dried Fenugreek Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind
  • Salt

How to Cook

  1. Heat oil
  2. Add Mehak Mustard Seeds & onion
  3. Add all Mehak spices
  4. Add tamarind
  5. Add coconut milk & simmer
  6. Add fish
  7. Cook 10–12 min
