Ingredients

  • 6 Boiled eggs
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tsp Mehak Curry Powder
  • ½ tsp Mehak Cumin Powder
  • ½ tsp Mehak Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Mehak Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 250 ml Water

How to Cook

  1. Heat oil, fry onions till golden
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes
  3. Add all Mehak spices and salt; cook 10 min
  4. Add water, simmer. Add boiled eggs, cook 10 min
  5. Serve hot
