Ingredients
- 6 Boiled eggs
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 2 Onion
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tsp Mehak Curry Powder
- ½ tsp Mehak Cumin Powder
- ½ tsp Mehak Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Mehak Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
- 250 ml Water
How to Cook
- Heat oil, fry onions till golden
- Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes
- Add all Mehak spices and salt; cook 10 min
- Add water, simmer. Add boiled eggs, cook 10 min
- Serve hot
