Ingredients

  • 300 g Cauliflower
  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mehak Cumin
  • ½ tsp Mehak Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Mehak Coriander Powder
  • ½ tsp Mehak Garam Masala
  • Salt

How to Cook

  1. Heat oil
  2. Add Mehak Cumin
  3. Add potatoes and cauliflower
  4. Toss with spices
  5. Add salt
  6. Cover
  7. Cook 15–20 min till tender
